Abstract: 

An overview of modern domestic educational publications for the course «International Law» is presented. Critical assessment of coverage of problems of the international process and international procedural law is given. The problems of international and national jurisprudence use are analyzed. The author briefly assesses the causes and forecast of the development of training courses.
