ON CORRELATION OF CONCEPTS «LEGAL ACTIVITY», «LAW-ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITY» AND «ADVOCACY ACTIVITY»

The author examines one of the topical issues of the Russian legislation – multiplicity of synonymous terms. Primary importance and high relevance of uni cation of the conceptual system are underlined. Correlation of concepts «law-enforcement» and «advocacy activity», «juridical activity» and «legal activity» is investigated, description of these concepts is given, and criteria for their comparison are shown. e author asserts that concepts «law-enforcement activity» and «advocacy activity» could be identical, and this depends on the object of encroachment. Further, the author comes to the conclusion that a concept «legal activity» is generic term in relation to a concept «law- enforcement activity» and equal (synonymous) to a concept «law activity». She also believes that advocacy could be considered as advocacy organization.
