URGENT INVESTIGATIVE ACTIONS: THE CONCEPT AND PROSPECTS OF LEGAL REGULATION

The concept and importance of urgent investigative actions in the Russian criminal proceedings are considered. The authors underline that the existing criminal procedural legislation doesn’t account for all situations when these actions could and should be made. As a result, they make proposals for the improvement of some norms of the Russian Criminal Procedural Code.
