CHANGE OF AN ENFORCEMENT ORDER OF THE EXECUTIVE DOCUMENT: LEGAL PROVISION OPTIONS

The article proposes a definition of the legal category «change of an enforcement order of the executive document». The significance of this procedural legal category for achievement of the goal of real protection of the violated right is illustrated. The entity of the institute of change of an enforcement order of the executive document and options of its legal regulation are highlighted. The main options of change of an enforcement order provided by the Federal Enforcement Law are revealed.
