Abstract:
The article is dedicated to the research of features of criminal court proceedings in the second instance in Poland. The author describes the main stages and the peculiarities of the participants status, evidence adduction. Special attention is paid to the issues of relations between the courts of first and second instance jurisdiction, and also to the features of final decision of the case.
