DISMISSAL DUE TO LOSS OF TRUST: LEGAL ASPECTS

The consequences of dismissal due to loss of trust are noted. The article reveals the specifics of applying the mentioned grounds for termination of an employment contract and the problems of bringing public civil servants to disciplinary responsibility for violating the requirements of the anti-corruption legislation. The need to develop a unified definition of the concept of «loss of trust» is underlined. It is proposed to expand the list of grounds for termination of an employment contract at the initiative of the employer due to loss of trust.
