PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF THE QUALIFYING EXAMINATIONS IN THE PUBLIC SERVICE IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND OTHER COUNTRIES OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY

The article examines the legal regulation of the civil service in some states of the Eurasian Economic Community. Highlighted the problems and inaccuracies in regulation of relations connected with the qualification exams in the public service.
