ON THE MATTERS OF PROSECUTOR’S SUPERVISION OVER THE EXECUTION OF LAWS BY STATE AUTHORITIES OF THE RUSSIAN CONSTITUENT ENTITIES AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES

In the article, on the basis of the analysis of scientifi c and educational literature, normative acts of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation and prosecutorial practice, some problems of prosecutor’s supervision over the execution of laws by state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and local authorities are revealed. Th e author’s ways of solving these problems are proposed. Also, the authors outline some typical violations of laws in the mentioned sphere,identifi ed by prosecutor’s offices.
