INTERNATIONAL 14TH ANNUAL COLLOQUIUM OF THE IUCN ACADEMY OF ENVIRONMENTAL LAW (Oslo, 20–24 June 2016): A REVIEW

The article gives an overview of the international 14th Annual Colloquium of the IUCN Academy of Environmental Law which held in Oslo University in June 2016. The topic for the 2016 Colloquium was «The Environment in Court». This broad topic seeks to address procedural and substantive aspects of environmental adjudication in national, regional, and international courts, tribunals and panels as well as the compliance mechanisms of multilateral environmental treaties.
