THE COURT’S ROLE IN THE CURRENT DEVELOPMENT OF MEDIATION PRACTICES IN RUSSIA

The authors disclose the court’s role in the current development of the Russian mediation practice by analyzing its information, organization, law implementation, and education activities. They give some examples of embedding mediation by courts in selected regions of Russia.
