STATE SOVEREIGNTY AND THE HUMAN RIGHTS (evidence from the situation in Palestine)

This article shows how the situation with the State of Palestine depends on the observance of human rights. The analysis of Fatah’s and Hamas’ activity is offered to illustrate the fact of human rights violation. The position of the international community concerning this case is introduced. In terms of this study, it is concluded that human rights violation by the government institutions reflects immaturity and inadequacy of the state.
