DIPLOMATIC PROTECTION AS PART OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARD IN LEGAL REGULATION OF FOREIGNERS

The article is devoted to modern tendencies of international law concerning the protection of the rights of foreigners at the international level. The significance of the mechanism of diplomatic protection for the formation of standards of legal regulation of foreigners's status regardless of the host country in the current international law is analyzed.
