CRIMES IN BANKRUPTCY SPHERE AS FORMAL СORPUS DELICTI: CERTAIN PROBLEMS OF APPLICATION

In the article the elements of the actus reus and mens rea of body of a crime in the sphere of bankruptcy, formulated as formal structures in the foreign and pre-revolutionary Russian legislation are considered. Also the article dwells upon a question of possibility of formulation of bodies of crimes in bankruptcy sphere as formal in modern Russian criminal law.
