PROBLEMS OF ACTIVITY OF AUTHORITIES AND WAYS OF THEIR SOLUTIONS BY DUE OF VIOLENCE OVER FAMILY

In the article author’s definition of house violence is given. It is offered to add the list of the measures stipulated by the current legislation, on prevention of violence over family. Considering that fact, that during realization of the offered measures some restrictions of the rights and freedom of the citizens, admissible only on the basis of a judgement on an establishment of the facts testifying to cruel treatment in family are possible, necessity of introduction in The civil remedial code the Russian Federation the new chapter «the Sanction to social prevention of violence over family» in subitem «Special manufacture» proves.
