Abstract:
The article is devoted to the research of character of resolutions of Plenum of the Supreme Court. Some scientists think that the acts are recommendatory and other authors consider that they are obligatory. The author concludes about obligatory character of resolutions of Plenum of the Supreme Court of the RF and maintains her position.
