GREGORY BAEV – DIRECTOR AND HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF THEORY AND HISTORY OF STATE AND LAW OF THE SVERDLOVSK LAW INSTITUTE

Article is devoted to the life and work of Gregory Ivanovich Baev (1904–1956) – an outstanding personality, worker-nominee, a graduate of the Institute of Red Professors, head of the department of theory and history of state and law (1939–1941) and director (1938–1939) of the Sverdlovsk Law Institute, a member of the military tribunals of rifle brigade, front, army, Lieutenant Colonel of Justice, Chairman of Murmansk and Irkutsk oblast courts.
