TACTICAL FEATURES OF THE INVESTIGATIVE ACTION PROVIDED BY ART. 186-1 OF THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The order of carrying out is outlined and also some debatable questions concerning obtaining information about subscribers and (or) subscriber devices are considered. Besides, points of view of researchers concerning such concepts as «tactics», «technology» and «complexity» in relation to the considered investigative action are given. The author emphasizes the need for more profound studying of the questions concerning tactics of production of obtaining information on connections between subscribers and (or) subscriber devices. A conclusion about expediency of observance of certain tactics of the investigative action provided by art. 1861 of RF Criminal Procedure Code is made.
