SUPRANATIONALITY, SOVEREIGNTY AND CONVERGENCE: THE RATIO OF LEGAL CATEGORIES

The legal categories «supranationality» and «sovereignty» and their relationship are analyzed, as well as the basic approaches that exist in the domestic and foreign doctrine of international law concerning the sovereignty and supranationality. Their relationship to and influence on each other are considered and their perspectives on the processes of evolution of the international legal convergence are marked.
