ON THE MEANING OF THE TERM «PROCEEDINGS» IN CRIMINAL PROCEDURE OF MODERN RUSSIA

A limited amount of teaching time does not allow expressing adequately to students the problem of competition underlying the formation of the modern model of the domestic criminal procedure. As a result it is difficult to understand a number of other important aspects of criminal procedure. This article is a preface to the theme «Competition in the modern criminal procedure of Russia».
