FEATURES OF THE SUBJECTIVE RIGHT TO LAND IN THE CONSTITUTIONAL FRAMEWORK

The article gives a content analysis of the subjective right to land. It analyzes the complex of powers that represents the essence of the right to land in all its parts. This right is studied in the context of modern conception that divides rights into natural and positive ones. The article reveals the specific character of the right to land in view of natural law. The author gives her own definition of the constitutional law to land.
