SOME PECULIARITIES OF THE MONARCHIAL GOVERNMENT IN THE NETHERLANDS

Modern Russian science analyses monarchical government in certain textbooks of Constitutional Law of Foreign countries and the latter discribes only state order that exists in some states. Soviet manuals, dedicated to the legal system of the Netherlands, research monarchical status not in whole, including legal acts. In cooperation with the Netherlands lawyers was prepared the articels in general dedicated to the monarchical government in the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
