ON THE NEW APPROACH TO THE DESIGN OF THE PROHIBITIONS TO COMMIT CORRUPTION CRIMES

Paper is devoted to the search for approaches to establishing criminal responsibility for non-legitimate enrichment. When the criminalization of the act to remove the two contradict-being: the construction of corrupt enrichment should not create preconditions for violation of the principle of presumption of innocence, the proposed rule should be to align with the part 1 Article 14 of the Criminal Code, i. e. describe the criminal act.
