FAMILY LAW AND PSEUDOGENDER IDEOLOGY

The author discusses the issues that are caused by globalization of gender ideology and at the present stage tend to influence intensively family law. She shows that the issue of legal recognition of unmarried cohabitation and same-sex cohabitation can’t be resolved within usual gender ideology and correlates closely with a number of global innovations in domestic family law, which can ruin the entire system of its traditional grounds.
