ON SOME WAYS OUT OF THE SITUATION OF DEFORMATION OF THE «HIGHER EDUCATION» SOCIAL INSTITUTION

 In the article analyzes the reasons for deformation of the social institution of «higher education». The author proposes some ways and methods of restoring the status and social role of higher professional education and underlines the necessity of increasing a level of methodological and technological competence of pedagogical sta of higher educational institutions.
