Abstract: 

The article is focused on the important aspects of modern legal education. The cutting of teaching hours reserved for studying philosophy and sometimes complete elimination of some general humanistic disciplines from the curriculum have an adverse impact on the development of law students’ legal thinking. The authors explore the problem of clip-thinking of students and its influence on their subsequent legal career.
