MANDATORY MEDIATION IN ITALY: THE PROBLEMS OF IMPLEMENTATION

Much attention is given to mandatory mediation in Italy: its main rules, procedure, requirements for mediators, prices. Discussion on the establishment of mandatory mediation in certain types of civil cases in Russia makes this experience topical and useful.
