THE GROUNDS FOR INVESTIGATING LAW AS A TRADITION: METHODOLOGY OF ISSUE STATEMENT

The article is devoted to the relationship between tradition as a non-reflective natural process of historical translation and law. The author discusses whether it is possible to renew national law tradition values in the current law system and to borrow some legal culture elements from other countries.
