INVESTMENT ARBITRATION IN POST-SOVIET COUNTRIES: THE EXPERIENCE IN CONTRACTUAL REGULATION

The article concerns the brief history of foreign investment regulation by post-Soviet countries. The author comes to a conclusion that detailed provisions of bilateral treaties are given priority over norms of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union. The problem of multiple investment forums and forum-shopping is mentioned.
