Abstract:

The article by Professor D. Guével is devoted to the system of proof in French civil law. These are the methods of proof of the acts available to the parties to the civil legal procedure. By looking at the decisive oath and the recognitive acts the author emphasizes their possible utility as a judicial process of today and at the same time it marks their obsolete character. As far as digital writing and copying as modern judicial means are concerned, deficiencies in legislation and practical problems are particularly analyzed.
