INTERNATIONAL LAW BETWEEN FRAGMENTATION AND INTEGRATION: CHALLENGES FOR LEGAL THEORY AND PRACTICE

The author basing on the findings of the International law commission on the development of international law and defragmentation considers the practical and heoretical aspects of the two parallel processes in the international law: ragmentation and integration. Given the evolving jurisprudence he evaluates the manifestation of these trends in branches of international law: diplomatic law, international criminal law, human rights law, international humanitarian law, international environmental law, law of arms control and disarmament, as well as WTO rules.
