Abstract:

The main objective of the special course on the philosophy of law for postgraduate law students is to form the ability of novice legal scholars to freely navigate the scientific and legal picture of the world, its scientific understanding and development prospects. The methodologically oriented text of the special course is dominated not by the reproduction of the historical genesis of the philosophy of law, but by the nonlinear logic of associative construction of the integral content of the philosophy of law, acting as a model of text formation. The latter is an intellectual basis of the legal picture of the world, its comprehension and the system of deductive principles of professional legal thinking collectively produced in legal practices.

Key words:

philosophy of law, methodology, epistemology of law, post-structuralism, freedom and arbitrariness, truth as a property of the text
