Abstract:

The article deals with the key issues of the influence of business law as a complex branch of law on the solution of social problems of modern Russian society. As a part of the analysis of domestic and foreign experience, the author examines the social entrepreneurship as a legal phenomenon. Its narrow (classical) and broad meanings are considered. In a narrow sense, social entrepreneurship is an entrepreneurial activity, which has a direct impact on the solution of social problems and this is the main business direction of an enterprise. The problems of legal regulation of relations in connection with this type of entrepreneurship are highlighted. In a broad sense, social entrepreneurship is an activity aimed at solving social problems and carried out by all subjects of entrepreneurial activity, including those which do not have a special status of a social enterprise.
