ON THE CONCEPT OF ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE IN THE FOREIGN LEGAL DOCTRINE

The article examines definitions of the concept of «administrative justice» introduced in the foreign legal doctrine. The issues of formation of the administrative justice institution in foreign countries are studied. It is concluded that administrative justice should be understood in a narrow sense – as administrative proceedings (consideration and resolution of administrative or public cases by judicial authorities).
