PROTECTION BY THE PROSECUTOR OF ECOLOGICAL RIGHTS OF AN INDEFINITE NUMBER OF PERSONS IN CASES OF UNAUTHORIZED WASTE DISPOSAL: PROCEDURAL ASPECTS

The participation of the prosecutor in cases on the liquidation of unauthorized dumps is considered in the article. Special attention is paid to the subject of proof in this category of cases, the procedural order of their consideration, as well as the issue of determining the proper defendant.
