TO THE CONCEPT AND PROMISING AREAS OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN THE FIELD OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

The author attempts to determine the essence of public-private partnership (PPP) in the field of environmental protection and considers promising areas of its use, since the current model of legal regulation does not imply the use of PPP institute for the implementation of any environmental projects. In the author’s opinion, the results obtained can contribute to the formation of a scientifically based approach to improving the legislation in the field of environmental protection in terms of using PPP to solve environmental problems.
