Abstract: 

The subjects of employment relations with a given employer can take advantage of a wide variety of digital technologies during the interaction with each other. The article deals with specialized electronic databases of vacancies, mobile applications for job search based on job sites, social networks, chatbots, robots-recruiters, electronic document management systems of the employer, etc. The article notes the positive role of digital technologies in the employment, as well as theoretical and practical problems that may arise when using them. The author concludes that it is necessary to reform the labour legislation in order to ensure the electronic interaction of the subjects of employment relations with a given employer.
