Abstract:

The authors consider cultural policy and ensuring cultural security through the prism of the activities of the Italian regions with a special statute (namely, through the adoption of certain regional laws and acts related to the protection of cultural heritage). The article analyses regional and state legal acts such as: the Code of Cultural Heritage and Landscape of January 22, 2004, Regional Norms in the Field of Cultural Heritage of September 25, 2015, etc. As a result, the authors identify the priority areas for the preservation of cultural heritage and features of the policy of autonomous regions in the field of cultural and natural heritage protection.
