Abstract:
The article discusses the concept of prosecutor’s requirements, the reasons and grounds for bringing to administrative responsibility for violating the prosecutor’s requirements; it also assesses whether the implementation of the prosecutor’s requirements is effective enough in terms of the legal practice of appealing them.
