PROBLEMS OF PREVENTING FAMILY DISTRESS, NEGLECT AND JUVENILE DELINQUENCY

The article analyzes the prevention of family distress, neglect and juvenile delinquency, bringing parents or other legal representatives of minors to administrative responsibility. The authors propose to make additions to p. 1 of Art. 5.35 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the RF in order to tighten the administrative responsibility of subjects for non-performance or improper performance of duties for the maintenance and upbringing of minors, and this measure, in their opinion, will contribute to the effectiveness of the legal norm and reduce the scale of violations of minors’ rights and legal interests.
