THE EXEMPTION FROM CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY WITH THE IMPOSITION OF A JUDICIAL FINE

The article deals with some theoretical and practical problems of applying a complex of legal norms regulating the exemption from criminal responsibility with the imposition of a judicial fine. Particular attention is paid to the issue of the correlation of a judicial fine as another measure of a criminal legal nature and a fine as a punishment. The ways of solving the indicated problems are suggested.
