RECOVERY OF THE POSITION EXISTED BEFORE LAW VIOLATION, AS A CIVIL LAW CATEGORY

Legal nature of a recovery of the position existed before law violation is examined.  Emphasizing the features of protection methods the author comes to a conclusion that the position recovery should be considered as a principle of civil legislation, not a protection method.
