ON THE LEGAL PROBLEMS OF THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF WORKING CONDITIONS OF THE WORKERS WHO WORK IN HARMFUL AND (OR) DANGEROUS WORKING CONDITIONS

The author analyzes the changes in the labour laws concerning the enactment of the Federal Law «On the Special Assessment of Working Conditions», considers the possibility of reduction of labour hours or its replacement for payment. She examines the problems of compensating the workers, who work in harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions, and providing guarantees concerning their work hours and leisure time, by taking into account the last changes of the legislation. The author formulates proposals for improvement of the labour legislation and its application.
