The article reveals the content of judicial protection of everyone’s constitutional right to a favorable environment. It examines various procedural modalities for its implementation and analyzes their role in the mechanism of constitutional and legal provision of the subjective right. It also addresses judicial protection of fundamental constitutional human rights at the national and international levels.
