Abstract:

The article presents the results of the work of students – the members of the History of State and Law of Russia Student Scientific Club held in 2015–2016. It was devoted to some aspects of the formation of national legal education, the place of anniversaries in the system of training of qualified jurists, the legal succession and the results of teaching and research activities of the professors belonging to various law schools (mainly the Ural), etc. The urgency of the work is due to the anniversary of a number of constituent regulatory documents, including the Resolution of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of 20 April 1931 «On measures for the training and retraining of Soviet construction workers», the Order of the Ministry of Higher Specialized Secondary Special Education of the RSFSR of 7 July 1976 № 309 «Changes in higher education institutions of the General Directorate of Universities, economic and legal institutions of higher education». Based on the materials, including archival data, regulatory acts, the authors analyze certain aspects of the history of Russian legal education through the prism of jubilee practices, and reveal a number of previously unknown facts about the life of their native high school; in doing so they learn the cultural values that are inherited by the Ural law school. The methods of the conducted research are formal-legal, historical-genetic, biographical, bio-bibliographic, system-structural.
