THE CONDITION OF LAWFULNESS IN THE SPHERE OF ORPHANS’ HOUSING RIGHTS

The article is devoted to the analysis of the condition of lawfulness in the sphere of orphans’ housing rights. The measures taken by the state to ensure orphans’ housing rights, as well as numerous violations of these rights are considered. An illegal refusal of the RF executive authorities and local authorities to provide this category of minors with housing accommodation is the most common violation. The measures to establish an effective mechanism of protection of orphans’ housing rights are proposed.
