Abstract: 

The authors address an understudied issue of interpersonal connection as an aspect of formation of international relations. Research on this subject is especially important because of the instability of modern world order. The authors believe that – at the moment of brewing global economic crisis and when the world political arena is full of serious and grave conflicts – integration and communication in scientific sphere can contribute for consolidation and development of international cooperation especially on the level of the interpersonal connection between members of scientific communities. Within the context of this research specific character of international relations is studied from different points of view. It allows to trace perspectives of consolidation of international relations based on universal human values and personal interest of young scientists in solving world political problems.
