ABOUT THE SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT BODIES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN PROVIDING ECOLOGICAL SAFETY

The analysis of the Statute on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation leads to a conclusion that the task of ensuring ecological safety of the country isn’t assigned to this ministry. The creation of a new department – Federal service of ecological safety of the Russian Federation – is offered.
