Abstract:
The paper is devoted to the study of the judicial system of Finland. Analyzed the regulations governing the courts of Finland. The structure of the judicial system and the competence of the courts are studied. Revealed the fundamental principles of the functioning of the judicial system. Considered the appointment of judges, as well as the requirements for a candidate for judge.
