REVEALING OF LEGISLATIVE GAPS BY THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article is devoted to the actual subject – revealing of legislative gaps and its removing by the Constitutional Court of the RF by means of identification of true meaning of the constitutional and legal norms, use of similar techniques, establishment of legal regulation before adoption of a normative act and other means. The implementation of these methods by the Constitutional Court of the RF due to the general validity of its decisions is considered.
