LEGAL ASPECTS OF INTEGRATION OF THE RF IN UNIFORM GENERAL EDUCATIONAL SPACE AND INFLUENCE OF A FRAGMENTATION OF INTERNATIONAL LAW ON THE RUSSIAN LEGAL SYSTEM IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION

Problems which decision will promote the fastest integration of the Russian Federation in uniform general educational space are named. The interaction of the international and national systems on educational questions is analyzed, the possibility of influence of a fragmentation of international law on the Russian Federation in educational fields is considered.
